I’m Kurt Zdesar, and I’ve dedicated over 37 years to perfecting the art and science of hospitality. My journey spans every level of the industry—from iconic fast-food brands such as McDonald’s and KFC to fast-casual, pizza concepts, and Michelin-starred establishments like Nobu and Hakkasan. I also launched groundbreaking restaurants and concepts including Ping Pong, Mews of Mayfair, and Chotto Matte.
